Blakeney Parish Council receives a copy of all planning applications sent to North Norfolk District Council which relate to the parish. These are available to view on the North Norfolk District Council website www.north-norfolk.gov.uk
The website will also provide you with any Environmental Impact Assessment Notices and Decisions made in relation to planning applications. It will also list any Appeals. If you have any observations with regards to the applications, please send them to North Norfolk District Council by the closing application date, including the application number as the main point of reference.

(NB – Due to Covid 19, scheduled meetings have not been taking place, instead delegated authority has been given to the Parish Clerk/RFO, in consultation with the Chairman and Vice Chairman until further notice.) Tuesday 5th October 2021 – Planning application no. PF/21/2517 – Harbour Room, 139 – 141 High Street, Blakeney; Use of land for stationing of a kiosk trailer to provide catering between April and October and operating between 9am & 9pm daily, will also be considered at this meeting.
Tuesday 3rd August 2021 – Planning application no. PF/21/1989 – Saltmarsh, 18 Morston Road; Extension and alterations to dwelling, will also be considered at this meeting.
Tuesday 4th May 2021 – Planning applications; PF/21/0226 & LA/21/0227 – Red House, The Quay; Replacement side extension following demolition of existing side extension, will also be considered at this meeting.

Tuesday 2nd February 2021 – Planning applicaton no. PF/21/0099 – Bramley Cottage, Coronation Lane, Blakeney, will also be considered at this meeting. Also Planning app. no. PF/20/0614 – Galley Hill House, Langham Road, Blakeney – Subdivision of single house to form two dwellings etc; The applicant J Bunn Homes Ltd has appealed to the Secretary of State against the NNDC refusal of planning permission. Tuesday 1st September 2020 – Planning application no. PF/20/1109 – Agricultural Barn (opposite Bliss), Morston Road, Blakeney: Change of use and extension to existing storage barn to form new dwelling; and meadow enabled to rare chalk grassland creation scheme. This application will also be considered at this meeting.
Tuesday 4th February 2020 – Planning application no. PF/20/0081 – 8 Wiveton Road, Blakeney, will also be considered at this meeting. Planning application no. PF/20/0153 – Poppyland, Back Lane, Blakeney, will also be considered at this meeting.
